Simple Me, Difficult World: First class of the day training at True Fitness. Best!! It's the same for all random about it they gave me and the world. I need you' mature love friends but in the event I really hate foes. Go away if someone doesn't make you want to mess with me. Nobody wants to make sure you here.. So today I say that i went to True Fitness. From blog readers asking my last post, I should look she said that I need they got free one fixed price per month pass to get back my True Fitness. Ohhh gosh.

Memang ah aku ni muka first platinum in real time pergi gym, muka first platinum in real time pakai trainer haha.. Anyway, first class of the day was fun! But, a subset of the total tired day. Like, seriously. Harkk o_O. You guys should not be impossible to go to go to the gym with a prosperous career in personal trainer, you'll know what all points can I mean lah kan.. First sekali bila masuk, kitorang try looking for personal training for the personal trainers. Tak jumpa. Then kitorang tibai panggil this is probably the one senior personal trainer.

Ah lantak apa, even when i asked if we got paid to do it for free, we believe our people are still potential customers lah kan. Anyway, got personal trainer or this one guy, his sessions include total body was like, whoaaa, veryyyy buff I tell you. Muscle ketul2 ala2 bouncer gitu. Scary jugak. Anyway, dia yang assist us first lah kan.. Dia bawak guna this course is for one machine aku lupa nama dia apa. Tapi just need to pay for warm up.

Kitorang pun guna laa that machine. Then lepas that guy cakap2 terang2 semua, dia mintak diri kejap. Menghilangkan diri. Kitorang pun teruskan dengan machine tu. Wa cakap sama lu, penat siot. Even buat 10 minutes sahaja, still, non-stop. Itu pun nasib dia kata 10 minutes je. Before making a decision that dia kata kena buat 30 minutes.

Gila kepala hot gak ah haha. Pastu, that guy brought 2 guys suggest a gym with him. Dia cakap nanti these 2 guys yang akan assist kitorang. Kira macam pangkat rendah sikit ar. haha. Tak kesah lah janji ada trainer.. Oh pasal trainer aku.

Muka dia, aku nak describe sikit, lebih kurang macam Dafi Af5 but why not walk in a macho way. Muka dia agi macho ar. Serious I tell you, comel je dapat trainer camtuh hahaha. Dah aa badan boleh tahan sasa nya. Okeh2, guys, aku tak gatal ok. Arghhh, jangan ada salah faham haha. Biasa lah girls. Talking your ear off about hot guys is much more than just soooo our thing..

Lepas dah habis guna that machine, diorang bawak kitorang pergi cam fizikal training gak lah. Aku siap kena lompat bintang apa semua bagai. Lama oii tak buat camtu since high school he was school I might say? Ah, yes. Lama gila tak kena force. Dia jenis aku tak leh berhenti buat tu selagi trainer cakap jangan berhenti. Zzzz. Memang dia perah tenaga aku habis2 kot. Elok lah kan. Aku baru exercise 20 minutes pun dah menguap tahap apetah. Ni kira brute force gila ah dia pergi training jangan tak buat macam ni..

Aku sebenarnya rasa, dari kau bazir2 beli jusmate apa semua bagai, baik lah bazir duit pergi personal and group exercise training ni. Serious weh. Banyak tips aku dapat. Ada a trainer for a few tips lah. Camne nak buat abs semua. Dia kata kalau kick-boxing lagi bagus untuk lose weight dari jogging. Since dia kata kick-boxing tu high density.

Tu sebab sakit. Nak kasi elok, kita kena rehat 48 jam then kena makan banyak protein. I started working out was like, "oooo." Siap buat muka terkejut time dia kata tisu terkoyak tu hahaha..

Tah apa tah demm, biology lama gila aku tinggal haha. Bukan aku paham pun segala bagai punya ceps tuh haha. .

Sempat lah borak sat dengan dia. Dia kata kat aku, dulu dia gemok. 105kg. Aku macam, "Ehhhhh, tak percaya lah". Pastu dia kata betul dulu dia gemok. Then dia raba2 poket dia macam cari benda.

Pastu dia, ala tak bawak wallet, ingat nak tunjuk gambar. I first started i was like, okay takpe lah. Lepas tu dia kata dia ambil masa 3 bulan jer kot nak kuruskan badan. From 105kg to 75kg. In moderation and exercise 3 months. I quit the gym was like, whoaaaaa lagi hahah. Aku borak dengan dia tak leh pandang lama2. Hensem benau ehhh. Tergoda mak, nyahhh. Hahahah.

Tapi tu lah. Macam aku cakap kat Qilah, orang camtu konpem ada girlfriend punya dah. Mak saja je nyahh, takde keja cuci mata lah hahah.. Then kitorang teruskan lagi senaman semua. Lepas tu, sampai lah time kena measure weight semua. I thought that this was like, oh damn.Timbang berat ni yang lemah ni haha. Anyway, timbang berat semua. Total mass, fat mass, muscle mass, ape2 lagi lah. Berat aku XXkg. Yeahhhh.

Terbaik lah tunjuk berat camtuh kat lelaki hahah. Malu bhai, malu mak oiii.. Lepas tu dia terang lah semua pasal total weight aku. Aku hangguk2 je lah. Then lepas tu sempat lah borak2 agi. Dia buat macam nie pun time tuh keluarkan wallet dia. Tunjuk gambar dia time dulu masa gemok. Tunjuk lesen memandu dia time L, P semua. Woishh serius lain muka dia time gemok. Kembang gitu.

Makin lama makin hensem. Agak2 kalau aku kurus sikit, aku boleh jadi makin lawa tak? hahaha. Lepas tu dia cerita lah dia dok Shah Alam. Dulu dia sekolah sains sukan. And lepas tu sambung belajar kat UM kot? Tah aku pekak haha. Then dia kerja kat Shah Alam. Lepas tu dia tukar jadi trainer nak kumpul pengalaman. Kerja lah kat PJ ni haaa.

Lepas tu dia kata dia ni dulu dalam team Harimau Muda. Dia tanya, tau tak Harimau Muda? Aku macam, aa tau kot. Harimau Malaya tu team Malaysia, Harimau Muda team junior? Camtu lah kot hahah. Aku tibai lah cakap tau. Dia buat macam nie pun kata sekarang tengah off season so dia tak main lah. Kalau dia dipanggil, baru lah dia sambung main. Camtu lah.

Oh lupa. Dia sebaya aku je. Time aku gitau birth date aku semua. Dia kata oh, sebaya lah. And nama dia Iqram. Then lepas tu dia cakap amek lah no fon dia, senang nak tanya apa2.

Aku cam, eh takde henfon lah. Henfon dalam locker. Pastu dia buat macam nie pun tulis no fon dia atas paper tuh. I felt like i was like okay. Then dia buat macam nie pun mintak diri cakap dia ada meeting. Pastu dia pergi then dia sempat lambai tangan kat aku.. Hahahah.

Aku kumpul cerita fairy tale lagi. Qilah lah cakap ni. Dia kata aku punya kisah semua macam fairy tale. Bunyik je cam fairy tale. Durian runtuh lah ni. Serius oii mak cakap ni, bukan senang nak suruh personal trainer the personal trainer yang HENSEM, BODY CANTIK, SPORTS MAN PULAK TUH, assist kau dalam training. Almost 2 days + 8 hours pulak tuh. Tapi tu lah, kisah2 fairy tale je banyak ni. Cinta sebenar masih belum jumpa hahaha..

Tak kisah pun lah haiii. Aku orang2 hensem ni, aku pun tak ambik pot sangat pun. Sebab orang hensem biasa berkait rapat dengan playboy. So yeah. Aku tak berapa suka orang hensem. Tapi yang ni memang kisah ala dalam anime lah hahaha. Tak kisah janji aku rasa kisah anime tersebut wakakak.. So yeah abang hensem.
