Kalu buat weight pun, i am going to join bodypump class je yang pakai bar &... I always aim to do all. Bar n certain machines untuk compound. Dumbell utk isolation exercise n utk target weak areas. Cehh macam pro je aku hahaha. It's hard to get a long way up the ranks to go for me.
